14-Day Return Policy
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number
- Provide a brief explanation
Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method
We are not responsible for returns lost during transit.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only after:
- The returned item is received
- The item is inspected and approved
If approved:
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Depending on the condition, we may issue:
- A full refund, or
- A partial refund
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photo or video evidence
After review, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Items Not Received
If your order has not been delivered within 30 days, please contact us.
We will investigate and provide a resolution where applicable.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking confirms delivery:
- Responsibility transfers to the customer
- We are not liable for lost or stolen packages
However, we may assist in resolving the issue where possible.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
