Ordering
Placing an order is simple! Browse our shop, select your product, choose your size and colour, then click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, click the cart icon and proceed to Checkout. Fill in your details and complete the payment โ you'll receive a confirmation email right away.
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at support@bharatverse.nl with your order number. After 12 hours, the order may already be shipped and cannot be changed.
Yes! As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your order details. Once your order ships, you will receive a second email with your tracking number. If you don't see these emails, please check your spam folder.
Each product page includes a size guide. Our slippers are generally true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size for more comfortable wear. Still unsure? Contact us at support@bharatverse.nl and we'll help you find the right fit.
Shipping
Most orders are delivered within 5โ9 business days across Europe. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your country and local postal service. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over โฌ75 across Europe. For orders below โฌ75, a standard shipping fee applies. The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you pay.
We ship to 15+ countries across Europe, including the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Austria, Poland, and more. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we'll see what we can do.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your parcel on our Track Order page or on the carrier's website directly.
If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, please contact us at support@bharatverse.nl with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including sending a replacement if necessary.
Returns & Refunds
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To start a return, email us at support@bharatverse.nl with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5โ10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
We do not accept returns on:
- Items that have been used or worn
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Hygiene products that have been opened
- Custom or personalised items
- Items returned after the 14-day window
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bharatverse.nl and include your order number plus a clear photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund โ whichever you prefer.
Products
Our slippers are primarily designed for indoor use โ at home, in the bathroom, or around the garden. The anti-slip sole works well on tiles, wood, and smooth surfaces. For occasional outdoor use (balcony, short trips), they are fine, but we do not recommend prolonged outdoor wear as it may wear down the sole faster.
For most of our slippers, we recommend hand washing with cold water and mild soap. Do not machine wash unless the product label states it is safe. Air dry only โ do not tumble dry or place near direct heat, as this can damage the shape and material.
Yes! Many of our products, including our Kids Dinosaur Slippers and Cartoon designs, are specifically made for children and are safe for everyday wear. Always check the recommended age/size on the product page. If you have any specific safety questions, feel free to contact us.
Some of our designs do! The "Glow In The Dark Shark Slippers" and "Starry Night Light Design" feature special materials that glow after being exposed to light. This is noted clearly on each product page. Check the individual product description for full details.

Absolutely. Our website uses SSL (HTTPS) encryption to protect all your personal and payment data. We do not store your card details โ all payments are handled securely by Stripe, one of the world's leading payment providers. You can shop with complete confidence.
If your payment fails, please try the following:
- Check your card details are entered correctly
- Ensure your card has sufficient funds
- Try a different browser or device
- Contact your bank to ensure online payments are enabled

No hidden fees. The price you see on the product page and at checkout is the final price you pay. VAT is included in all prices. Shipping costs (if applicable) are clearly shown before you confirm your order.
Account
No, you can checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account lets you track your orders, save your address for faster checkout, and view your order history anytime.
Go to the Lost Password page and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
Log in to your account and go to "My Account" โ "Addresses" or "Account Details" to update your information. Changes are saved immediately. If you need to update the address on an existing order, please contact us as soon as possible.
